SOME SURPRISING HEALTH BENEFITS OF CHOCOLATE..

Oh, how it feel just having a taste of that dark chocolate bar. yeah chocolates are good treat. not only that there are some surprising health benefits of chocolate, but amongst all things moderation is key. 

 chocolate is seen as an indulgent treat because it is mainly associated with weight gain and acne. in order to reap the benefits of chocolate, without the potential downsides of weight gain or restlessness; consumption should be limited to 1.5ounce of dark chocolate per day. 

Aztecs(Mexicans) and Mayans (Maya people of central America) believe that chocolate had significant medicinal and aphrodisiac properties. One of the most fascinating facts about chocolate is that cocoa beans were also used as a currency. 

BENEFITS OF CHOCOLATE

 The challenge only is that when it comes to eating chocolate, the percentage of those cocoa Flavanols is greatly reduce or diluted due to the processing and additions of egg, sugar and milk.
